Build Sessions

• Create sessions or activities within your event, including their descriptions, images, attachments, and speakers. 
• Assign sessions to rooms or locations, and (if used) tracks. 
• Designate each session as "private" if only your planning team should view them, or "public" if everyone can view.
• If you copy or "Save As.." an event with sessions, the sessions are automatically copied to the new event.  These sessions can then be edited as needed.

Agenda built by Day and Track

• Treefrog will automatically create agendas or schedules by day and track, based on the sessions you create. 
• If you copy or "Save As.." an event with sessions, the sessions and agendas are automatically copied to the new event.  These sessions can then be edited as needed.

Published Agendas

• You can choose to publish the agenda by day and/or agenda by track to everyone, or just your planning team.
• Agenda URL (links) can be used anywhere within or outside of Treefrog, to give registrants access to them.
