Manage contacts

Contacts can be added to your Treefrog contact database in the following ways:

• when a person registers, he or she is automatically added to your Treefrog contact database
• you can import contacts from a CSV file at any time.
• you can add in new contacts individually at any time.

Import and Export

You can import or export your contacts whenever you like.  We provide a tool to match the data fields in your import file, with our data fields.

Merge

Treefrog allows you to merge contact records.   First you select a common field to search on (e.g., email address, last name), and then choose the contacts from that list, that you would like to merge.  Treefrog will show you which fields do not match and ask  you to decide which field is "correct" for the merged record.
